My full moon party

My parent has organised a full moon party when I am one month old. The party was held a week ealier than the actual date in order not to clash with auntie chee yen wedding dinner which fall on 25 March 2006. According to chinese tradition, when baby complete a full month old, the parent need to shave baby hair and declare it One Year old. As we are modern people, my popo helped to trim my hair instead of bald it. Me girl-girl mahhh





In addition, popo also placed some red hard boiled eggs, red ang ku kuih as well as a claypot "choo tho" soup on top of my papa and mama bed. (Please dont ask me what are all these things for, even my mama and papa also no idea... :P). See I was so tiny.....






My papa and mama has invited all relatives and friends. As the number of people is more than our house can accommodate, there are two session for the party. We have catered buffet lunch for relatives members and "lok lok" session at night for all my papa and mama friends.
